I checked it with the multimeter when it was down and I am getting power at the starter. It has gas, but the car is not even turning over, all I get is a click from the solenoid.

Yep, that's it. I worked at a mobile electronics shop and used a solenoid we use to isolate second batteries and I used 3M terminals. Those plastic terminals always break and fall apart.

There may be an amp with two class D amps in a single chassis. BTW, a .25 ohm is a dead short. I think Orion made a 1/2 ohm stable amp a long time ago. Everyone else is 2, sometimes 1.
