Anyone with 82-87 base model Camaros add fog lights??

I was wondering if anyone has an 82-87 Camaro (no ground effects) with added aftermarket fog lights. I've tried doin a search and I found one. Any pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i never got around to posting my car in the reader's rides section, so that's probably why you haven't found mine. i don't know what brand they are. the lights are wired into the ignition, so as soon as the key hits the on position before you crank the car over, the lights are on.

the lights were on the car when i bought it in march of 02.

I bought a 86 new with V6 and auto transmission, it had a sports appearance or ralley package which had the IROC lights in the grill, and the switch in the dash like the the IROC. The car was red with a silver and black stripe alonge the bottom of the car. traded it in on a new 99 Mustang. Big mistake, The Mustang is gone, and I'm back with the bowties.

The projection is pretty good, the grill didn't effect the light as much as I thought it would. They are much brighter than they look in the pic.

85-87 sport coupes equipped with foglights received a grille that has openings for the lights.

send me an email, i'll take a photo of the one i have that i grabbed from the junkyard.

No. I did not cut holes in the grill. There was a special order SC OEM grill which sounds like the one that robertg has. maybe he will sell it to you because they are very, very hard to find, but well worth the time to find.
