I found these prsimatic decals on Ebay. Was like $8.50 shipped. They looked very neat so I went ahead and got them.
They are not on the car yet.
To cold and rainy but I think they look pretty neat.
I took a few pic with and without a flash.

I dont like the rainbow reflection so i would say negative ghost rider.
if i had to, I would put them on the bottom side skirt if like the RS/Z28/Iroc decals if your firebird has sideskirts. LOL Not a fan of the fender idea.

Well I don't have side skirts. I just stuck them in the place the stock badges came off of. I still have all the stock side molding and badges but wasn't sure if I want to stick them back on.
I am up for suggestion on where to stick them. Just not in my a...

Definitely not something I would do to my car, and not just because my car isn't a Firebird

The font is way off, sorry man it just doesnt flow with the car at all. The stickers look like just that.... stickers, like you would get from putting 50 cents into the little sticker machine and get a shiney, sparkly new sticker -insert the jump up and down with glee thing here-.
maybe use one as a bumper sticker. I am totally against bumper stickers on any cars, but atleast it wouldn't look AS tacky. Just my opinion though. Great idea though, maybe if the letters were raised to look a little more 3-d, and less prismatic that would look cool?

Kind of the reason I got the stickers was for the prismatic look. I always like that on the cars of the 70s? Strips n stuff made out of that and clear coated with heavy heavy flake. Makes the car sparkle from miles away.
But it was really just a whim buy. It will be quite a long while till its warm enough to really stick them on.
If I do.

See. Girls like em. I am not gay. I like girls.
[I would try not to even use the word gay. Ya might offend a gay board member and one email to the ACLU would have the board owners bending over and taking it like they are gay. Not that there is anything wrong with that.]
But its a fact that most girls like things that are shiny.
When I powder coat the rims I was gonna use clear prismatic flake. But a very lite amount. Just enough to give it a hint of sparkle.
Check out this fender. It looks so nice but id use maybe half as much.

I may do the same and add just a tad of flake. just to make it kind of just wink at ya a tad / wink at the girls.

Personally i think they're kinda cool, woudl definately make people look twice although they do look sort of odd, i've heard that a few times about things i've done to my ride and people end up liking it (4" cowl hood for 1) I had a place make up decals for my old bird that looked like the firebird gt decals you can get from classic industries for 4th gens that were red letterign with black background and that looked cool cause it was different
I say go for it

Sparkly stuff = gay get offended...i dont care...this IS america and ill speak my mind
i dunno bout the body panels idea i still think you should leave them unsparkled but thats just my opinion if you like it go for it def do it behind a dark color or get ready for "gay" comments
as for the sticker.............GAY...people will think you are gay you might as well just put a rainbow sticker on the rear window while your at it...i know thats not your intention just givin it to ya straight and if a girl put that on her third gen i would steal/save her car and rip if off and be ashamed that she WUSSED out a muscle car.......get a bug, jetta, or mini for that kinda crap

You know I dont really like it either but I am not going to start throwing the word gay around. Im just gonna say I dont think it looks very masculine or tough. But that is my opinion and that is your car so do what makes you happy with your car cause in the end you are the one driving it not anybody else
