Trust me.. its low.. too low for my preferences. Anyone want to trade me for a Pro-kit set? I just had these installed.. like 10 days ago.

Check out the front air dam and mud flap.., they're literally in the weeds!!

Here's my 91Z28 back when it had Sportlines and 17's. Dont have any pics of my old B4C with the Prokit, maybe I'll get some of my new B4C w/ Prokit whenever I get around to swapping the springs.

here's my prokit...which still has a ridiculously larger rake than any other pro-kit Ive seen...nonetheless I love it now.....and brisk if I wasnt so hesitant about ever doing a spring swap again I'd hit you up, I have less than 100 miles on mine

Maybe they goofed up and gave you Sportline fronts and Prokit rears? I think both fronts on either kit is a 700# linear spring, only difference being ride height. I dont remember any of my cars with either kit having that much of a rake. And when I look at the front in that picture you just posted, it looks like a Sportline drop, maybe its the 18's playing mind games with me. Compared to the pic of my car above, your front looks much lower even though it should sit about .8 inches higher than mine according to the advertised drops. Makes my car in the pic above look like a 4x4, though I think the angle of the picture of my car throws the look off.

no, it really sits low....too low for a prokit (my front tires basically are hidden by the fender)....but IIRC sportlines are colored red.....all 4 of my springs were black = prokit.....unless they painted them one color by accident and I got a 'goof up kit'......I did also rotate the rear springs a few times (though I didnt think they had a designated index)....when no drop occurred I put them back to the spot the stock ones faced, so Im out of ideas on it

Hmmm my Sportline front spring is black, but according to the markings on the spring its a Sportline spring. Weird. I even put it up next to a Prokit spring and they're exactly the same height uncompressed, just marked differently on the spring. Very hard to tell the difference if not for the markings. Of course its also possible the Eibach guy was wrong or my springs have the wrong markings, or wrong color. Guy didnt sound like he really knew, just reading from a book or something.

camaroguy18, no offense but that stance looks like poop. You need to get that rear down asap and the cars stance would be soo much better.

Did you put in new spring insulators when you changed the rear springs? Those newer ones usually make the rear sit higher.. It defintely seems too low in the front and too high in the back heh..

Here's mine, pro-kit.. 18's in the rear 17's in the front.. After seeing the sport line pics in here I'm glad I went with the pro-kit.. My loudmouth already sits like 2-3" from the ground as it is.. sport lines defintely look nicer though..

The markings are on the springs themselves, on the outside of a coil, somewhere in the middle of the spring. There will be two markings, one xx/xx and the other one xxxx.xxx The first two have something to do with the rates, the second something to do with the model/part. If you have any doubt I would get the #'s off the spring and call Eibach. I dont think its safe to assume any black spring from Eibach is a pro-kit. I have a set of black springs and according to the markings and the guy at Eibach I spoke to on the phone, it's a sportline set (he didnt mention anything about color).

EDIT: I'm gonna give them a call again and make sure since everyone says the color determines what spring it is not so much the numbers on the spring (which I trust more).
