To pin stripe or not too.

I need some opinion on weither to have a 1/2" pin stripe like the IROC above the ground effect or a normal pin stripe at the top of the door or just leave it alone. I'm thinking Silver or black.

Dude, what's that got to do with the question!

I'd do the silver at the top of the door. Needs something to break it up.
It's cheap, try it and take it off if you don't like it.

Re: To pin stripe or not too.

I wonder what a dual stripe would look like...silver over black?

I was originally gonna say black, but the dual option idea occurred to me too.

I think black along the top of the door would look good.

Re: To pin stripe or not too.

I vote no stripe. But I would lower that sucker, especially in the rear.

Looking good so far!!

Re: To pin stripe or not too.

No stripes at all! Just lower it 1.5", and get some shiny wheels... You'll stop thinking about stripes at that point.

Hmmm.I think your car looks fabulous as is.If you want to add something...I think that some gold leaf would look hot against the color of yor car.

Re: To pin stripe or not too.

Car looks good the way it is, but if you like pin stripes put them on, as long as they are stickers you can take them back off if decide they don't look good.

Re: To pin stripe or not too.

Please don't pinstripe it-it would look like Dr. Funkenstein IMHO.If it were a first or second-gen,I'd say yes.It looks smooth the way it is,but if you want to see what it looks like(as previously mentioned) you could always buy some parts store pinstriping tape. This would give you an idea if it's what you really want.Hey it's your ride-do your thing!Let us know what your final decision is.

Re: To pin stripe or not too.

Well, I say black along the door line, but 1/4" goldleaf could look sharp too. Later.

I also agree, that's a sexy car right there. I don't think it needs too much altering.
