Whereabouts can I mount foglights so they can't be seen?

I have an 82 Z28 and I don't want them to be visible from the outside...anyone know where they can be put?

how the hell are they going to work if you cant see them. the only thing i can think of is to mount them very far back where the factory fog lights go, you wouldn't be able to see them from an angle but if you were looking at the car straight on you could. why are you trying to hide them anyways?

I saw some foglights on a car today that were mounted into the actual bumper, and you couldn't even notice them until the guy turned them on
I just don't like the massive silver look of them around the registration plate
Can you put em behind the grill or something?

Actually it's not to bad.. I have mine behind the grill, and they are not "functional" I can barly see the light in front of the car.. but standing in front of it, it does look good.. I put them in mainly for looks...

If you are inovative, heres an idea. Mount them with a small like motor up the under side of the forward gfx. Have a toggle switch so when you turn them on the motor lowers them. Then it retracts outta sight when you turn them off.

Get what I'm saying. Did that make sense, sometimes I confuse myself.

Heh yeah and I will get a button that lets an oil slick loose and a button that changes flips my number plate to another one
Heh seriously though....it'd cost me too much for the same money I could do other things....thanks for the idea though...I bet someone out there will try something similar

Well, I'm still working out the designs for a raising & lowering spoiler for our cars.. a simple worm gear on some arms should work... making it take a little space & look clean & strong is the tricky part...

Thanks.. I usually can figure out electronic stuff.. but mechanics are a little more interesting puzzles..

You know "un4givin89" .. thats not a bad idea.. too bad out cars are low enough to the ground stock....

It might be ugly but can't you use the headlight motors/assembly from a 3rdgen T/A to do this?
