Ya, I thought about that, But I don't really like the look of 4 big wide wheels on these cars, IMO they need that little bit of stagger.
That's good that they are making it right. Shitty deal though.

yea i know but everything happens for a reason sign to head a different directions lol
staggered looks good on thirdgens i had 18x10 and 18x8 fronts where to narrow for my taste i like 9 or 9.5 and 10 on the rear 8s on front made it look to narrow in front and fat and wide in back

Re: Slammed Third Gens - Post Pics
I liked the "wagon wheels" I put on my '91 T/A And ya the front settled down more, just kind of how it was sitting in the driveway at the time.
I miss this car.
Sorry, it would be slammed'ish if it were on level ground.

Drove it for 20 miles, got an offer that I couldn't pass up, and sold it haha. I regret it pretty bad to this day.

It was just the driveway, I had the original hood that had the bird on the whole thing. But, that car was sold a couple years ago.

Not my car, and may not be quite as low as some here, but it's as low as possible from a performance standpoint... And it's a siiiiiiiiiiick car. Just posting because I enjoy looking at all the pics in the thread, figured I'd add to it. It belongs to BIG_MODS.

I have Intrax springs on my car for 10 years now. They have sagged some.

No need to cut them anymore.

All very nice cars, I have had some slammed cars, A 95 Stang and a 90 Stang GT, 2001 Focus ZX3 amd a dropped 2004 Dakota. Right now all my rides are sitting stock, but I still love the looks of a nice slammed ride.

There's such a thing as too low... . I can see a small drop but if you can go over speed bumps doesn't that take the fun out of driving it

most speed bumps are avoidable even when you go to a new city you've never been to.
speed bumps arent really bothering me..... its going into steep driveways or entrances that cant be avoided sometimes

Re: Slammed Third Gens - Post Pics
Those are some big wheels on your RS. Can the suspension go through full travel? How much did you lower your car?
I am from Tracy, and I've driven on the highway and some of the roads in Stockton and many of them could use some work. How well does your car ride over all the bumps?

Re: Slammed Third Gens - Post Pics
Ha ha yeah I bet you have to with those huge rims. Some of those bumps are rough on my car and I am running stock 16'' IROC wheels on my IROC with the stock suspension. I did upgrade the car with Hotchkis subframe connectors and a rear suspension package though.
