Only Birds at the show saturday. No trophies..No awards... but we didnt mind. Cars got plenty of attention just not from the older guys running this deal.

Harborside in Jupiter. 1st show of the year the weather was great, and the margaritas @ Caverlareos was even better! only about 40 cars, there was a chili cook off car show in the town next to me that got about 100cars. My friend went to that one. Both shows and I was the only 3rd gen.

Georgetown Tx airport car show. 550 cars.
5 thirdgens. One 89 green formula with 305 tbi which I have seen before. 2 TTA's and one with cloth.
Clean 87 IROC with 27k miles and 17" Hawks rims and Wilwood brakes. Owner just got it 2 months ago. Very clean.
We took the Heritage z28 and the 94 vette. Weird thing is only 3 C4 vettes were there. The other was my buddy's 1991 ZR1 and an 89 convertible from our town of Pflugerville which I have never seen locally.
Beautiful day with a high of 80 degrees.

PERFECT EXAMPLE. Two nice cars that are loved for their styling! Made before all the modern production "Constraints" IE, safety, aerodynamics, pedestrian safety, styled more by "Committees" than individuals, etc. SURE, a clean engine is nice (I built my first engine in 1974), but it's the STYLE that makes older car special.
Which car "Shows" better,the blue or white?
IMO, Close those hoods!
