Car: yy wife, crazy.
Engine: 350, Vortecs, 650DP
Transmission: TH-350
Axle/Gears: 8.5", 3.42
That's f-in' sweet. Those are the AR Torque Thrust II's right?

Those look like 17"s. Could be 18"s though.

I want to see a Thrid Gen with the new 200S's, 17"s on it. I used to have a 72 Nova with the 14"s on it.

I think they would look retro like the Torque Thrust II's, without looking dated. They used to be referred to as the "Coke Bottle" rims.

Here's a pic if some of you don't know what the 200S's look like.

That car is no longer. I used to always go to that guys web site to check out his sweet car, and one day I went and it said the car had been destroyed. Apparently he had a remote car starter that short circuited or something, and toasted the entire car. He came home one day and found his garage engulfed in flames. Pretty crappy. If I find the link I'll post it.

The guy that owned it goes by BOTTLEDZ28 on IM. I can't remember what his thirdgen.org name is, but I don't remember seeing him around in a very long time. He's rarely on IM, but every once in a while he pops up.

That former Z(now deceased) belonged to a marine in Camp Lajeune ,N.Carolina........He had the wheels in storage when the car burnt,as he changed over for the winter....after the car burned,he got a new Ram Air 'bird.....Which those won't fit.....and sold the wheels......to me.....I drove up to N.C and picked them up on a mini vacation....They're AR Torque Thrust II's....17x8.....They fit snug under my '87 IROC.I wouldn't go wider than 8's which is why I bought these from him,due to the rubbing that would occur without a different offset......here's those same rims on my car!(if this attachment works.....)

You sure that's the same guy? I bought a transmission from him over the summer and he was in Fall River MA.

That's him,the rims weren't even hardly used when I bought them off of him....we talked about the car,the remote starter was a gift from someone, and was installed wrong(poor car),his insurance even tried saying it was intentionally set........It was a nice ride.......He told me he was stationed there(in N.C.),because when I met up with him he was driving his friends Z28,but was ready to head back home, which he said was in MA. somewhere....After I picked up the rims I visited DEI,and came home....We talked about the northeast as I'm originally from New York.............
