firebird front clip

hey how hard would it be for a body shop to make a clip like the one on the first pic in this thread ? if someone submitted it to fx designs to get it made like iroc2nv's clip would it be possible ? that is HOT =D

btw - would it be possible to attach a 4th gen trans am spoiler without the two middle supports ?

i know that erebuni in new york (brooklyn) does custom work...kind of along the lines of my front clip...although its kinda pricey...you can go to their website www.erebuni.net there is a faq page and itll tell you how to learn if theyll do a custom "entire" kit for your car..circumstances like car colour, year condition of the car and such are all part of their decision... but try it out and see what they say...i had thought of getting one done for my cavalier b4 i found the one razzi made www.razzi.com

good luck

There are places that will make a custom nose for you. Heck if you pay enough they may give you the mold. Its just big bucks. I know a chick who spent close to $10,000 on her eclipse to have custom effects made and installed & the car painted custom. They molded everything flush into the body. It was bone stock otherwise. A bit like the Evo kit, but you could still recognize the car. Evo is much more exotic.

I would say $1000.00 might get you a custom nose.

If you are brave with fiberglass, you might be better off to get a damaged custom clip from another car and merge the 2 frt clips. Or get a big block of foam and start carving. Making a mold is 1/2 the battle. If you can get that far you might get someone who does it for a living to finish it off. I have been trying to talk GT auto accesories into making something. They say they are seriously considering it, but thats it. They were talking more about Lexan hoods than frt & rear clips. I was even trying to get them to design some tailights for us, but they did not seem convinced.

If they are up in Dayton this weekend I will chat them up some more. Maybe they would let us submit ideas to them?

Honestly, the only way I think one would get done is for one of us to do the work and have someone produce it from our mold.

Ask the guy at gtauto to start make them LOL, he could but I don't know if he would, but with a custom job you have to pay a lot more

Talked with GT auto this weekend. They are not planning any new projects for a while. They are overwhelmed with all the current orders they already have. So they may come out with something eventually. They are open to it when they get more time.
