How to fix.

Looks like some PO of my car tried to jack up the body behaind front drivers fender. It is crupled and kindof bent in. Can't bolt up fender all the way or put on inner fender. How would one go about fixing this. Could I get back maybe behind kick panel and pound it out? Any help would be nice

Need pics. They don't usually get so bad they can't be straightened. That link should help. How does the door shut? If it's okay then it's just the fender.

It's still a little tough to tell from the pics but if it's wadded up so bad you can't work it out by hand you may need professional help. At work I'd put it up on the frame rack or use one of the chain pots in the floor and a clamp on the damaged area then put a little downward pull on it and hammer out the wrinkles. It's easy if you have the right tools. .. a little tougher without.

Re: How to fix.

Ya. That is what I am afriad of. Is there a way to get it from inside the car. I could probaly get it so the fender would line up, but it is also not same distance from inside edge of tire as it is from outside edge of tire. That seems like it will be hard to fix, and probaly cost a little coin.

Re: How to fix.

You can kindof tell if you look at the wet spot on inner fender and look at crumpled spot at bottom where fender is not bolted on. That is about how far inner fender area is pushed in
