91z28 Iroc wheels repo

Thx to all keeping the advice available to all of us! I need to pick your brain for something I'm sure you have the formula for. I just finished my 91 Z28 project and took the advice of a buddy of mine a purchased the Iroc 17" repo wheels with 275/40/17 all around. I'm bummed out to see that my rear tires stick out like 1/2"or better and I can't run the car it rubs right on top of the tire... Now I'm stock with yet another set of wheels. It looks goofy in the back like that. What are my wheel options to tuck that size tire in with out rubbing? What back space and offset do I need in the back? The front seems ok with the 0 offset. The repo Iroc only comes with 0 off set I'm told. Much appreciated any Ideas or known wheels that you know would look good and fit. My car

is lowered also.

Wow! The wheels look great (except for the part where they stick out too much.) Bummer that they won't work. I have done a lot of research and it can be difficult to find a wheel that is both affordable, and fits correctly. I even had a set of tsw's at the tire shop that fit perfectly (295/35-18 rear. 265/35-18 front) they fit perfectly in the rear (My IROC is lowered 2.5") , however the fronts wouldn't fit due to the bearing hub. Real shame. My next set is going to most likely be forgeline. Expensive, but they will fit .

I agree, that's what it looks like to me.

Pop the wheels off, and measure the distance between the bottoms of the backing plates side to side..

Just think, some people think factory 3rd gen wheels look good with a 4th gen rear. Those are good looking wheels too so that sucks.
