the JBL 1200.1 will kill those subs they are only rated @ 125 RMS each, since the JBL powervavle amps are mono they only have one hook up wheich mean that you'll probably run in parallell, so if you got the JBL600.1 that would be the perfect amp
it puts out:
300x1 @ 4ohms and **This is where you would be if you wired in parralell giving them 150 each which they can handle**
600x1 @ 2ohms

The W0's are really low powered, effecient woofers. You need an amp that will do most power at a 4 ohm mono load.
Something in the 125-130x2 area......I can get a Kicker IX1302 for about $175 shipped to you if interested.
Stereo, 130x2 and bridged is 400 watts into a 4 ohm load.Has a built in crossover and EQ as well.

I've got 2-JL 10W-0's rated also rated at 125 rms. I'm feeding them 200 watts rms without any problems. I'm running a PPI Powerclass 50x4 that I picked up on Ebay for about $250. You'd probably be better off running a 2-channel amp though because of your 8 ohm voice coils.

I have sony xplod subs, the ones made in 2000. They are rated for 140 watts rms, I am feeing them 500Rms x 1 @ 2Ohm With NO problems. I just have my gain down all the way. And no, this isnt a cheap amp, Its a Concept cc-1002 that was $800 Canadian when I bought it new.
