i'm telling you guys you can't buy much variation at a normal store of any style. i appreciate the suggestions though, if i can find the links i'll post them. i'm looking for a place that sells oval, round, square and different size gromets. a large, nice variety.

jegs has a set but it only goes up to 1'' o.d. and there rubber. not bad for $10

You could try making them with rubber hose. I don't know how well this will workif you using this on your show car. but you could get some rubber hose put a single slit in it and you can make them to fit. It will take a little creativity to make it look real good.

I dont know about your home depot/the web site, but when i did my car, i got a variety pack at the depot, all circle though, various sizes in one pack, could use what u needed. So when do we get some pics of the new creation Jeff?
