Surging Issues

OK so my long battle with my idle dropping of is finally solved.
I found a rebuilt carb and went ahead and installed it and BINGO perfect idle. But I get horrible surging at middle to full throttle. Then decoverd the MCS on this new carb did not function so I opend it up to move over my old one then noticed the tps inside was falling apart so i moved that over. both my old TPS and MCS test fine but after putting it all back together I am still getting the major surging. My old carb did not do this but it was very dirty and did no idle so it had to go.

Also recently I have replaced

All vac lines
o2 Sensor
Cap and Rotor

The list goes on. But its obvious its something on this new carb.

Any sugestions would be great as I cant drive it like this and will try anything.

Thanks
-Michael

I am no expert but shouldn't this spring be connected near the distributor side of the intake manifold?

OK new info.

It only seems to surge right over light throttle up untill you use secondaries.. And my car gave me a code 44 so it is running lean. Guess I need to tune this thing somehow.
