6E bins should only be read using ECU files built for 6E code (some examples of available ECUs are 6EV011.ecu, ARAP.ecu, APYP.ecu).

If you're asking if you can run your 6E car with a 1227165 on 32 or 32b code, I believe the answer is yes, but why would you do that? 6E, I think, is superior. Could be wrong.

'808 (counterpart to the '165).

Other than that, nope.

if you could be so kind to help me out also

"the 165 can use the 6EV011.ecu, ARAP.ecu, APYP.ecu." as you said.
is there some place that explains what the diferences are from one to the next

eg. Moates was so kind as to make a list of files here http://www.moates.net/fileman/

in the stock bin section i see that there are many bins for the 165. is there a way to tell what one would be the best to start with and not have to open each and every one to compair the differences. or even for that mater what one was made for engine, trany, year, or whatever

Those are some loaded questions.

I'd like to believe that, due to the diligence of myself and some other old timers on these boards, that the 6Ev011.ecu file is the most complete. I haven't personally looked at ARAP.ecu or APYP.ecu, so I can't (rather, shoudn't) comment on them.

As far as what bins are best to start with, I can't really answer that. I can say, though, that you should start with an auto bin if you're driving an auto (ARAP), or with a manual bin if your car is a manual (APYP). Other than that, no idea. depends on your setup and goals. This is usually a tough question to answer, but do some research and figure out the right questions to ask and you'll figure it out.
