I'm an admitted hexadecimal ignoramus, but at one time I did what I believe was roughly the same process when I used HxD editor to convert to S_AJUP V-5.
Can someone show me a screen shot of what it should like with the proper highlighted area of the v-5 bin and the proper area to highlight in the v-6 bin in HxD editor?
For some reason the hex address is not enough information for me, I'm a visual learner...need a picture.
Thank you in advance!

Reason: more specific title
Okay 25 views and no clue...Here's my guess: I think this is the 0x00A start address of bin the This is where the last non 00 bit code is:
Is this the proper section of the bin calibration I should cut and copy to the new S_AJUP v6 bin?
Thanks 84Elky!
In HxD editor the only options in the "edit" tab drop down are: Cut (Ctrl+X) and Copy (Ctrl+C). The paste option (Ctrl+V) is not active.
What am I missing? Do we need to edit page 25 in the " Must Read Me First (v-6-2a).docx

Sorry, but don't understand. Highlight, ctrl-c copy, highlight same area and ctrl-v paste works for me. I've never looked to see what is or is not grayed-out/visible/inactive. With Windows convention, you will generally find ctrl-c grayed out if something has been copied and there is something in the clipboard.
I see and understand the screen shot, but have no idea. I do not support HxD - merely recommended its use. Does it copy? Does it paste? I see no mention of that -- just that ctrl-v is grayed out. Wish I could help but can't. If all else fails, might try another editor.
Also wish you would respectfully consider changing the Title. There is not a problem with converting to S_AUJP v6. There is an apparent problem with an unassociated tool being used in the conversion with which I and others have used without issue.
Got it! Thanks for pointing out the possible confusion
No problem with conversion now that you verified that the screen shot of the highlighted areas are correct. Just wanted to point out possible confusion for some noobs when using HxD.
I just figured out that both Bin areas needed to be highlighted in order to have the Ctrl+C AND the Ctrl+V active in the edit drop down.
I used the "Difference Tool" in TP and it worked flawless.
Load the "Previous" Compare bin, Highlight the rows you want and click "Copy from right to Left"
Easy for me instead of playing with hex

btw, NVSRAM version works great!
Going out again today (Social distancing will keep me 1/4 mile ahead of everyone!)

Glad you got the beast out of hibernation and that the v6 S_AUJP NVRAM version is working!
Regarding using TP for Calib transfer: I'm having a severe brain cramp trying to remember how this did not work. I was working with someone and we somehow proved that it did not always provide the desired results. Unfortunately can't remember the details and can't find the correspondence. Regardless, glad all is well.
