Um yeah OK...try printing it out and READING it again.

What is wrong with these young kids' reading skills.

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother trying to help.

Hats off to the moderators I have no patience for this...

Next, remove the panel under the dash and look for a pair of yellow wires coming from the steering column and leading to a connector a short distance away.
immortal: Check your email. Good luck.

for your information formula?
my reading skills are fine and i probably make triple what you do. you read the article again and tell me where the wires are in the article. and if you dont have time to help out then i dont want your help anyway. theres alot of people on the board that will help me anyway theres no need to be rude about it. well i guess thats what happens to people when their abused as a child. sorry you had to go through that. take a yoga class or something also i heard counseling helps. you might want to try it.
I looked under the dash and theres all kinds of "yellow wires, I counted about 6 coming from the steering column.

Thank you JZA for emailing me it was very informative and helpful.

Hell if you really made that much money what the hell are you doing driving a broken down clapped out POS car that doesn't even start. I'd have a brand new Corvette. Oh wait, let me guess it's your "winter" car and the "Vette" is in storage. That or you want to keep a low profile. Yeah right, in your case the "Vette" is a Chevette sitting on concrete blocks.

I have found that people who brag about their salary don't make D-I-C-K... And who gives a rats *** how much you make?
I certainly don't.

That being said maybe you could spend a little bit of all this money you make and buy the Service Manual for your car. Then you can put your superior reading skills to good use and follow the electrical schematics.

I appreciate the free psychoanalysis but allow me to retort.

See most normal guys can take criticism (aka ball busting)without all this melodrama. Maybe you should find another hobby instead of trying to pick on someones family/background over the internet. Yeah it takes a big man do that. You don't know a thing about me or my family. I suggest for you own well being on this site that you not go there with me or anyone else for that matter. That s-h-i-t may work with other people but I won't back off, I know your type all too well.

Hey guys!!!! ease off the throttle a little!!! We're all 3rd gen owners here.... no need to fight. we've got bigger fish to fry like RICE, BMW M3s, and Mustangs. FRMULA - I have totally missed stuff when reading before on this board. immortal - salary doesn't factor in here, we're all on a level playing ground (as far as the board is concerned. So. Sit back, have a beer and a cigarrette and relax for a little while. Damn, I sound like one of those dispute resolution people don't I. Well, take my advice or not, I just hate seeing people fight on the boards... it doesn't get anything done.

VATS problem fixed

Hi everybody,

well i have been trying to find the infamous "yellow wires" to do the vats bypass and for 2 weeks i could not find it. Anyways everybody on the board says its yellow. i have searched every archive and yesterday i seen one that said the color was orange.
i got home found the orange wire in less than a minute. i did the bypass and the car started right up. i don't know if gm has orange as the color for a 91 but i think the tech article should be augmented to include that the wire may be orange. Anyway Formula if your reading, that is the reason why i couldn't find the yellow wire. Thanks everyone for your help
