You'd be changing from MAF to speed-density, so you'd need the wiring and ECM to go with it.
Or, you could keep your existing MAF stuff, since TPI itself is the same between a 305 and a 350, and just use the 350 injectors, and get a MAF 350 chip for some year that had that combo such as 88 or 89.
Other than that, it's pretty much a drop-in.

That motor will drop right in. You do not have to swap any electronics. You can use all of the electronics that are presently in your car. You can delete the map sensor from the plenum and you will have a 350 mass airflow engine. It is that easy!! The long block itself is not made specifically for speed density or massflow. You can use what ever fuel induction you want. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. If all you are looking to do is step up to a stock 350, I would jump all over that motor. By looking at the picture it seems to be a complete drop in. Looks like a weekend project to me.
