I just got my hands on this engine http://www.summitracing.com/parts/na...9529/overview/ I know I need new injectors and to update the prom but will the rest of the tpi system work and any ideas to get some more power like cam etc...

I'm not a huge fan of swirl port heads you might want to consider vortec heads. Since this is not a roller engine block you might want to go with a this cam and 1.6 rockers.

On my last post I posted the wrong link this is what I just bought http://high-performance-engines.com/...duct_Code=HP89 does any one know a good manifold for tpi and a good runner and plenum I have a new holly duel 58mm throttle body and 30lbs boush injectors

Im just going to go with my stock plenum bc it was already ported and I also have larger runners I just need to kno what intake manifold to buy or of the stock one will work

The intake is going to be your choker. I didnt see if the profiler heads are 55-85 intake center bolts or 86 up. If they dont line up elongate them. The only high flow base still made is the edelbrock, the tpi big mouth was just a clean up eddy casting. The accel bases are harder to find. Best bang for your buck is sell what you have and let the engine breath with a hsr. Or if your on a tight budget start hogging the stock base and do most of the work on raising the roof of the ports.

Just that base will cost you more than the Stealth Ram. You could sell what you have and pay for the Stealth Ram.

One of the worst reasons for using something is because you have it.
