Penetrating oil, a chisel and BFHammer, and some one w/ two working arms! If you can cut a slit in the larger pipe on muffler and peel it back w/ hammer and chisel , keep oiling it...

You might be able to rent/borrow a removal tool. It's basically two pipe clamps and a threaded rod inbetween to extert a pushing force to push the pipe/muffler off.
Almost like this;

thanks and i forgot to mention i already have the driver side pipe of while trying to remove before it cracked as started dragging so i just pulled the rest of the pipe of along with the sleeve that's still stuck on the pipe. and i noticed that the pipe runs THRU the muffler so if i can get the muffler off and the new 1 on will i be fine with just clamping it in the sleeve or will i need the 2 pipes welded back together. i can get pics if its unclear sounding.

you could use this
http://www.amazon.com/Danaher-Tool-K.../dp/B000M93OUM
I use em in the junkyards where there's no electricity. Doesn't cut like butter, more like wood. It's like a chainsaw blade but works like a plumbers tubing cutter with a lot more cutting blades.
