Distributor Bolt Tool

After spending an hour trying to loosen the bolt for my distributor, it came to me. I need a tool!!! I had an extra wrench, an extra extension and a welder. This thing made the job really easy. Enjoy.

Re: Distributor Bolt Tool

Those look like a useful tool. I looked at them online and thought they might round off the bolt head a little if it didnt sit just right.

Re: Distributor Bolt Tool

So you wasted 2 "extra" tools (no such thing as a extra tool & limited their future uses? Just buy the correct offset distributor tool. I haven't had to use mine in years but don't regret buying it.

Re: Distributor Bolt Tool

I did not know there was a distributor tool. Thanks for the info. I would have gotten one. As far as the "extras" go, the extension would'nt hold a socket on it if you turned them upside down. kinda frustrating working from the top side. I have a half dozen more cheap wrenches from bad christmas presents.
