headlight swap

I've got an 86 t/a and I'm looking to get rid of the flip up headlights. I've seen a few ideas on here but I was wondering if anyone had seen the polly motorsports t/a. If so is that a kit or any ideas on how they accomplished it?

Re: headlight swap

Hmm, looks sweet. Honestly it looks like they just removed the pop ups and hard mounted the lights (like on the Camaro). Then added a headlight cover, or some sort of protector. AT least that's the vibe I'm getting from it.

Re: headlight swap

that's kinda what I was thinking to. its the bent part of the cover that's got me wonderin. I talked to a glass place and they said they couldn't do it and get it that clear at the fold. I thought about some kind of plexi glass but once again keeping it completely clear at the bend is a problem.

Re: headlight swap

If you use lexan you can bend it easily, I used a metal brake for siding to bend mine, although mine is not finished yet, Just go slow, a heat gun would make it bend better, You just can't do a real sharp bend.
