i want to do a tan leather interior conversion on my car and i was wondering if anyone had any pics of their RED and tan 3rd gens. i would like to see some examples before i committed to this decision

yeah thanks a lot guys. post as many pics that show the outside of the car and the interior as i really like this combination. i really like the leather.

 

I think the grey leather interior looks alot better with the bright red paint, thats just my opinion.

 

Grey is used as a car interior color because it can be used with ANY paint color, so it can be purchased in bulk, hence at a cheaper price. Same reason you don't find many exotics with grey interior: Cost isn't an option, so why use a blah color like grey.

Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Your car would look a lot better with some tan interior.

Well, I doesn't look like that right now. I am actually getting my seats redone done right now. I am going 2 tone, black and tan. I am also replacing the carpet in the car too. That will also be black. I am staying with leather though. Watch for my update pictures coming soon. Here is one thread that I started a few weeks ago.

Hey def. post pics. I am thinkig of doing the same thing w/ my 92z-28. My front tan leather seats are junk and the carpet, headliner needs to be replaced. I was thinking of tan and black leather seats, black visors, tan headliner and maybe speaker area's black as well. Not sure if thats to much accents so def post pics so i can see what urs look like.

 

I have a neutral interior. That's kinda between tan and gray, and I think it works pretty well with the red.
