anyone ever put guages in these locations?

anyone ever put guages in these locations?

i need to add water temp and oil pressure gauges, and i didnt really want to use the a pillar holder. also thought about mounting them above the hvac controller.

I'm sure someone has. The A-pillar position makes the most sense to me as it not only is a good place for the gauges but it makes undoing the installation easier if you ever decide to go back to a more stock look.

I have oil pressure, temp, and vacuum gauges mounted to the underside of the center dash vents. Right above the HVAC/Radio. If you want I can grab a pic tonight when I get home and post it up.

The temp and oil gauges are just cheapies from Harbor Freight, but they do the job. The Vac gauge is just a temporary one I stole off my handheld vacuum pump till I can find one I like.

The evo pod looks good! It blends in nicely with the rest of the dash.
