LS swap into 87 GTA question

I'm looking to do an LS swap on my sons GTA. I'd like to keep all the creature comforts like AC.
Don't want to go through the trouble of cutting / notching the OEM k-member for ac compressor clearance. Can some of you guys that have done this give some suggestions on aftermarket k-members to use ?

There's a company that makes a bracket that allows you to run the stock compressor with an LS without modifying the k-member. (stock to the car)

something like kwikperformance? I dont have it in front of me.. and of course I can't find it :/

otherwise umi makes an ls tubular k-member but for the money.. seems like the bracket is cheaper.

I believe Kwik Performance only makes Sanden AC compressor brackets.

Im running a older sphon LSx swap K-member and granted there was a grind here and there to get it to fit how I wanted but im running the LS1 stock ac pump using hawks swap hoses and works great. Its blowing 38 at idle and 32 cruzing down the road and thats in a vert.

Holley also makes bracket systems. As do a number of other companies like Eddie Motorsports. The real question is how much do you want to spend? Some of the complete serpentine kits cost more than a tubular K member.

The holley bracket is very affordable. Comes in any accessory offset and in R4 or sanden versions
