Does anyone know what this brace would be called?

 

the radiator support or are you talking about the filler peice around the hood latch ?

 

I think its the radiator support. This guy might have just painted his but at first I thought it was another aftermarket brace of some sort.

haha are they that bad? What should I replace them with (that isnt koni lol)

 

They might not be as bad if you aren't lowered. I ran them with drop springs for a while though and they were horrible (wayyy to squishy). Obviously Koni is the best, but if you are trying to save a few bucks the KYB GR2's are decent. My only complaint with those is the rears did not last very long, but the rears are pretty cheap to replace too. I am running AGX's right now and have been probably 3 years and have been very pleased with those.

 

Nice car and build! How much did those corvette calipers set you back?

 

My car isn't lowered and it's riding pretty nice on the Sensatracs, I guess lowering is outta the question until I change those.

They ended up bein about a grand fully optioned (stainless steel lines, drilled/slotted rotors)

What are the specs on the wheels?

 

The rears are 275/50/17's I believe. I may have to change the fronts here soon cuz of some clearance issues.
