of the Midwest F-Body Association I know I'm one and if your not checkout the site maybe we'll see you at a meeting or gathering.

Right now I own 2 third gens a 91 t top and a 92 coupe..(with a 90-92 covert joining shortly) and I am planning a boat load of mods for both and am interested in joining a club...But what is with having to pay for it?...what does this forking out money do for me, besides fattening your pockets?????? By the way I am in southern Illinois...Carbondale...

well actually.....we have a lot of members at our board that aren't "paid" and still participate. this is the whole deal:
club membership: $30
for $30 last year you get:
-a t-shirt
-sticker
-rest of money went towards a TRACK RENTAL for MFBA members only at the end of the year
-also went for web related fees
so your money isn't wasted...also the membership money also goes for stuff like ubb fees...domain name fees...and other things.
if you would like to become a member just go to www.mfba.org and follow the links to join. you are welcome even if you can't pay at our UBB.

Just a member of the board and not of the club yet. I have considered paying my dues and becoming a member, but I don't think it's feasible for me to drive to the chicago area for meetings. Now if there was a local Quad Cities area chapter I would difinitely be involved.

For any Indiana people thinking of joining the Pres. of the MFBA: Pro Stock John will be in Indianapolis at the old Dog'n Suds in Greenwood on Saturday aswell as about 25+ other F-bodies so come out and enjoy the fun.
