Define streetable? A race car in street trim that can't drive around all day in traffic or be driven across country or be a daily driver to me is not streetable.
As for a daily driver, streetable third gen, there's no reason you can't easily see a low 12 second car.

Well, if you don't have emission's testing you could always pop in a 632 that makes 1020 hp on pump gas Friend of mine put one in his boat lol. That will probably get you to the 9's if the rest of the car is up to it.

Mine is exactly run on the street as the track. Working on a new chip to get the launch squared away. 93 octane all the time
Not too shabby though, still got 29mpg on a straight highway run at 75mph

I purchased a 91 Z w/ the mods in the sig and with 3:73's I got 19mpg on the highway going 80mph. If I would have gone the limit, which was 65, I could have gotten 22-23mpg. This car has run a best of around 12.2 at 117mph (street tires) and it wasn't even tuned with a wide-band for max hp. Too bad the car spun a bearing when I was about 160 miles from home. Anyway the car was streetable and hopefully it will be again when it gets fixxed.

Combo: turbo 3.8L V6, 2004R trans, stock 3.27 rear. Nothing too radical.
