Does that car have an Incon twin turbo kit on it?

Has that car been to Capitol Raceway as recently as 2 years ago?

Car looks awfully familiar.

I don't believe it has, the car was hit in the side while at E Town, by a couple of kids racing through the pits, it used to be Charcoal grey with a BBC on nitrous. Look for more from us on Joe's Camaro soon !!

yeah the 10.5W is...er...um...not quite a 10 inch tire, but very legal in many race classes it is specifically names as being perfectly legal.

True, the 10.5w is a bit wider, more like 11.2, the only tire outlawed in the area right now is the 33" tall.
