how to put in a turbo?

I have a 86 with a 2.8l v6 and was trying to find out what I all I should get to put in a turbo and how to put it in any help would be great

Engine: 3.1 Turbo/ 355 twin turbo

Transmission: a4 w/ 4500 stall/ a4 / t5

Axle/Gears: strange s60 /w 3:42's

look in the v6 section , bunch of us have done it , and turned out 17/18 second cars into 12 second cars for about a grand

it can be done for 600-1,200 bucks depending on how much more power u want

Search for turbo kit. bl85c is selling a complete bolt on kit right now for cheap! Buy it while it's hot! Or before it gets hot? You'd only need to tune for it. Maybe a little more.

You'd need to verify but I think it's at least the manifolds, wastegate and turbo. Maybe more but that's major hard stuff. Search for "turbo kit". I think he's online now. bl85c

Doing something as drastic as adding forced induction, you should plan on having to fab a couple things up, regardless of whether or not its billed as "bolt-on"

Sorry I wasn't clear. Not Google. There is a search function on the forum middle near the top of the page. The kit has the major fabrication done.

So theres a bolt on kit mostly for a tpi car? As in 305 tpi or 350 tpi? Where can we find this bl85c guy? I'm about to buy a twin turbo kit for my formula
