On my 8th Firebird fellas!
Like clockwork, every two years I get sick of my car and trade up. 2011 is no different. Sold my GTA yesterday and picked up my 2nd 4th gen. No, not an LS1, still not a fan of the owners. And the LT1 years look so much sleeker. Anyway, its a 1994 Trans "GT". Lets here the OOOOOOhhhhhhs and AAAAAAAhhhhhhhhs!!!! LOL Kidding. Its a cool car. It has the Lingenfelter Super tube cold air intake and a Borla Catback. Seats have been reupholstered, nice custom 2 tone Black and blue paint, and my favorite, the Silver deep dish ZR1s with 17x11 in back with massive 315s. Supposedly it has a "FULL" Hotchkiss suspension, but its so damn low my jack won't fit under it. But it is fun to drive and man is it planted down, feels like how the Batmobile would be to drive. Just tough, stiff, and unstoppable.
So that makes 8 Firebirds: 1 Firebird (89), 1 Formula (96) , 5 Trans Ams (85, 88, 90, 91, 94) 1 GTA (89)
Major screw loose for these cars? Yes. But they are so freakin fun to drive.
Anyway, someone want to host some pics for me? Im so computer/picture/hosting retarded its not funny.

Its dark blue up to the window line and above that is pearl black. Its tough to get pics of in that light. I was never thrilled with custom paint jobs, but I really wanted something different this time and this is my first blue car. Originally the car was that purple/grey color.
Thanks Brian, but JMD pm'ed me last night. But next week, we will get some pics you can post up.

Looks nice! Thats one of my favorite versions of the 4thgen.
Burnout88: Yep I know where your money goes! LOL, I just spent 3k on a long arm 6" lift kit and C/V SYE kit for my 01 T/J a few months ago. PHEW! F-bodies are so much cheaper! LOL!

Cool. I recently picked up a 4th gen too. '94 Formula. The prices have come down and I needed to do some work to get mine going but it was all worth it. The 4th gens though are a little softer and not as crisp handling as my IROC for example but they are fun and a ton faster so..........
Of course I still have the IROC too

Both gens are really fun cars. I wish LT1s had slightly longer runners. Through an intersection, my GTA would have its way with my LT1. Like Darth Vader to Luke Skywalker is how Ive always looked at the L98 and LT1. Darth Vader has the breathing problem but has more brute close range force, but Luke doesn't have the robot suit or breathing machine, is younger, his force range is broader, so he prevails. Funny, but thats just me.
Did those wheels come with the Formula when you bought it? My 96 had those when I bought it.

I believe they are for '98 - 02 Camaros but I'm not an expert. They were on my Trans AM parts car so who knows.
I do have a set of twisty spoke wheels I want to use but I plan on painting them first

Yeah, those are much better. The best looking 16" wheel for 4th gens for sure. My cousin had those on his '94 Formula. Looked really good. I sold those camaro wheels as soon as my buddy sold me his old WS6 wheels.
