Are any of you guys running these Lower Control Arms? They look and from the Description sound like they will do the best job of stopping Wheel Hop and Increasing Traction. There are so many Different kinds of Lower Control Arms I don't know which ones to choose. Will be trying to get 800 hrspwr to the ground need as much help as I can get..

I would skip the Lakewood arms and just get a good tubular set, like Spohns. While you're at it, get a set of Spohns control arm relocatio brackets. They will get you as much or more traction as the lakewood arms, but with more adjustability.

- Arizona Speed & Marine hydraulic roller cam w/ AFR hydra-rev kit
- modified SLP runners
- TRW forged pistons/ceramic coated
- fully balanced
- Edelbrock headers/ceramic coated
- SLP cat-back
- Paxton supercharger
- Nitrous Express nitrous oxide
I ran them for a while & was anything but impressed plus with the feedback I received about them from here was to go the relocated control arm route. Plus the design of the liftbars conflicts w/ the torque arm causing suspension bind, decreased handling etc. For the same amount of $, I'd say go w/ good LCA's & relocation brackets.

Dude, I was literally seconds away from placing my order for Lakewood's tubular adjustable panhard bar! Is this a bad idea? Seemed like a good deal in Jeg's catalogue ($80 or something). Or is it just the LCAs that are crap? I was actually thinking of getting those too albeit with Spohn's LCA relocation brackets. Not a good idea?
I have the panhard bar,and it is a good deal,I would say get it.But those traction bars they sell SUCK!!!

I have the lakewood plain jane lcas. They are the same steel as hotchkis(sp?) are made in the USA, come with poly bushings and are only 80 bucks. They work really well. But I realize that you are talking about the traction lift bars. Just to clear stuff up.

Oh, so those regular old boxed-typed LCAs in Jegs are okay, but the "traction lift bars" are bad? Got it. Whew! I was really looking forward to getting that panhard bar and later the LCA's, I'm glad they're okay!
