Are they both firing? Any leaks? Did you make sure theyre the right flowrate?

FWIW, the stock injectors seldom go bad. The only real way they usually fail is when the internal o-rings blow out and they start spewing fuel.

I agree with the last post they are pretty solid, and dont usually fail, i`d check 2 make sure they are seated right in the bores, that can afect the way they perform, but to be honest, if they both seem to be firing right, and arent leaking, and it still run bad ,I would look somewhere else for your running issues.

they original injectors run ok, but we rebuild throttle body and threw new ones in, my uncle/dad know what they're doing, car would barely run. wouldnt keep running and pressure was all right so idk??? they are brand new though?

Can you get the numbers off the injectors and the colors on the terminal posts? Should be dabs of paint. They may be too low a flowrate for the motor.

ya ill look tomorrow when i grab them from shop, buthe car still gets fuel, its just shakes like crazy and wont stay running, but its getting exact same amount from looks of old ones to new ones, but like you said maybe more pressure needed to push these ones?

As long as you didn't fiddle with the fuel pressure regulator when you rebuilt the TBI unit, fuel pressure should not be the problem. TBI injectors dont usually go bad, so if the old ones were working properly I would just use those. I accidently put 4.3 V6 injectors in my 350 one time and the engine was starved of fuel, so it would start to die, then my stall saver would kick in and cause the engine to surge repeatedly. Something similar could be happening to you.

Are you actually watching both of the injectors fire as the motor is running? Make sure both plugs are on the injectors all the way. One time I didnt snap it on all the way so only one injector was firing and the engine ran like crap, causing the whole car to shake.
