I depends what year and what bodystyle. The impala had less duration than F-body and Vettes. But go to Scoggin Dickey or Jim pace and one of them will have it. It is a good cam though, the impala one will give a little more down low but not as much top end. I would get a F-body or Vette one. But go to those sites and I know one of them has some factory cams. You may want the LT4 cam, go look.

The lobe separation is mainly what causes the rougher idle and the computer doesn't like that. Don't try and run anything with less than 112* lobe separation. I run a Compucam 2050 in my truck which has the 112 degrees. It has a mild lope and causes the computer to try and compensate with the idle. So my idle can be anywhere from 600 to 1200. But it does run well besides that. If you drop below the 112 your car may stall on the dips.

thats exactly what i want, er what i mean by rumpity....just generally something to scare the **** out of ricers cause my car is shaking back and forth from the idle i love that.......my da had a souped up 68 stang the had the wildest cam form crane that was still street legal and the thing was a beast......he said i always had a smile on my face in that car and i still crack a smile everytime my car gets warmed up and its sitting at 600 rpm idling and shaking back and forth a little bit....plus its for the ladies too
