Have a few problems, and i know nothing.

Well lets see if i can name them all off...

1. when i first start my car up it revs real high, about 2500 rpm, then slowly idles back down and its normal idle is 1250 to 1500 rpms.

2. i have 45 oil psi when it first starts up but when it gets heated up at running temp when i am at a red light it drops to about 15 psi, but when i start to drive it will go to about 32 psi. (Italic because i figured out what was wrong, low oil because of vavle seats.)

3. i went to work one day, abut 30 minutes away on the highway, was going 70 mph, when i got to work my car was driving just fine. started it up the next day it felt like it was missing 1-2 plugs, i just replace all 8 about 3 months ago. i drve it home doing 70. started it up the next day not a problem, no miss at all. but then when i drve it it started again. over the span of 2 weeks it slowly stopped doing it. now it is running just fine. but it has power loss when it gets to normal operating temp wich is 160 degrees.

4. i have replaced the right bearing 2 times, but sometimes when i take a hard or fast right turn i hear and feel this horrrible grinding like something is about to break. when i straighten up and go straight it ges away.

i think thats it as of now... it is a 1990 camaro rs 305 TBI t-5 tranny.

Ok first of all, your idle is pretty high. Mine idles at about 600 when its warm. Check to make sure you dont have any vacuum leaks, and if you dont then you need to clean and adjust your IAC. (idle air control. If you have a service manual, it tells you how, if not, BUY ONE!)
Also, i would replace cap, rotor, and plug wires.
Its pretty normal for it to lose a little power once it gets to operating temp.
As far as the bearing thing goes, i wouldnt know unless i was actually looking at it. Maybe try to describe it better and post some pics, and im sure someone on here will be able to help you.

My camaro did the same thing, about idling high, then dropping down. I replaced my MAF (Mass Air Flow) and TPS (Throttle Position) Sensors and that fixed the problem. You also wanna check all your vacuum lines to make sure that they're all there, and that they're not cracked.

Also your oil pressure is supposed to drop when your car is idling compared to when its being put under load.

I apologize, the MAF connector is what I meant to say.
