Re: tbi budget build
intake and exhaust no. but the cam could be. stage 2 chip from tbichips? isnt that a 305 chip only? I never seen a stage 2 350 TBI chip on there, although I never really was looking for one either. I'd say possibly it run it. Although how good, is the question.
Oh and I have a edelbrock TBI performer intake for sale if your interested PM me.

Stage 1-2-3-... and so on, does not mean anything.
If you buy a chip for a coustom engine, you whant a coustom tune, wich requires to datalog and sent that information to the person that programs the chip.
It will require a few trys to get it ok.

Re: tbi budget build
Depending on what cam, it could work.
If you whant a little more then just "work" you would be looking at something like this.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Custo...#ht_2017wt_985
In post #3 what is involved.
Now on the other side, wenn you know that it can take easy up to 20-50 trys to get a decent tune, you are better off with EBL flash http://dynamicefi.com/
Makes even more sense if some future upgrades and/or changes could occur.

Re: tbi budget build
the p4 is not for your engine. you need the standard ebl flash. the benefits are. you adjust it. you datalog and you can change things. so you wanna do a cam swap. you dial the motor in for the car using this flash system. whereas a prom is programmed and nothing changes.

I have not done it yet plan on doing it soon. And it is NOT self tuning, that would be nice though!
