!!!tta Motor Mounts?!?!?!?!?!

I purchase an '89 TTA motor for my '92 Camaro. Im about ready to drop it in, except for the fact that I can't figure out these motor mounts. I have included pictures. I'm thinking he gave me GN motor mounts since they match up with those at a parts store. The TTA ones looks totally different. I also can't figure how these mounting brakets picture mount up to my crossmember. Do I have to drill new holes, or are these even the right ones? Let me know, please. I am ready to get this engine in. Thanks.

http://www.mattsgarage.net/mm1.jpg is the picture of what was sent with the TTA engine.

http://www.mattsgarage.net/mm2.jpg is a picture of the motor mounts and brackets

http://www.mattsgarage.net/mm3.jpg the brackets.

Please help.

Are you sure it's actually a TTA motor? Get some head casting #'s and then we can determine whether it's a GN or TTA motor.

It has studmounted valve covers. Only the TTA engines had them because the ran different heads.

If I am not mistaken they look somewhat like Oldsmobile motor mounts from a early 80s G body olds with a olds 8cyl engine in it.

As far as the heads go, I meant on the 3.8 turbo engine. I know they also came on some BOP FWD cars.

Wouldn't it be better to try and figure out the original question then testing everyones knowledge on 3.8 litre engines?

Weather it's a GN motor or a TTA motor, the above is all he has to work with. I don't think it'll work.

u need TTA mounts they ar diff grom reg GN :-) u can get the pass side but u can no longer get a driver side mount at this time so lucky u :-)...Im in the same boat on mine when i pull my engine once i get my formie dialed in....botyh sides are physically the same mount visually but i9nternally are slightly different.....most owners who cannot manage to find a nos set end up running pass side mount on both sides and calling i quits at that , no one that i know of has broken one yet :-)

so ther u go and theres your choices :-)
later

PS hit turbobuick.com and go to the tta board supposedly a parts store actual;y carries the correct drvr but i dont know for sure

I know about the motor mounts. But what about the motor mount brakets????

Another thing, does anyone know were I can find a diagram of holes cut into an F-body crossmember when swaping in a 3.8 with Grand National motor mounts???
