water pump or radiator?

Which would have more effect on dropping temps a stewart high flow pump or a aluminum radiator? I plan on doing both but dont have the funds right now.

i say radiator, but i have no "proof"

I think all that a high flow pump would do is flow the hot water around faster while an aluminum rad will actually cool more efficiently.

aren't thirdgen radiators aluminum already? Well, mine's aluminum with the plastic tanks. I would say go with the aftermarket radiator as well.

Yup, I went thru that a while back. Had cooling problems, so I went out and bought an aluminum radiator to help, but it didn't, it was because there was another problem. However, the radiator would be needed now, so it's all ok.

I have a copper replacement radiator. Its not that the car over heats Its just since putting in the new motor the temps rise in traffic and they dont go back down after moving awhile like they use to with my old motor.I have the fans on 24/7 and I bleed/purged the air out of the system. What else is there to check?

you can replace the thermostat if yours is old or the wrong temperature.

Its a 160 T-stat and it works. Its just that the new motor runs a little hotter and I would like it the way it was before.
