Wish I could be more help, but I don't think there's an easy way. First thing I'd do is prove it out/isolate the blockage. There's 2 fuel lines in front of the manifold, the one that goes directly into the fuel rail is the supply, the one coming from the regulator is the return. Undo the return line (there should be no pressure here with everything off so if gas sprays when you loosen it up you're heading in the right direction, fuel dripping out is fine, just be careful in case it does spray. (Also might be a good idea to remove the gas cap to prevent possible siphoning of the tank). Somehow try to get a hose or other line on the line from the regulator so fuel goes into another container. Install pressure gauge, turn ign to on (don't start - just so fuel pump comes on) see if pressure still builds to 70, if it does the problem is upstream, if it has normal pressure the problem is downstream ad you'll just have to start tracing it out to the tank. If you discover that it's in the return line under the car somewhere you could maybe undo the lines at both ends and blow some compressed air through it backwards, just make sure you have it pointed into a bucket/container. I'm not sure if the line has any more connectors in it, I"m thinking it's a hard line all the way to the tank.

Just checked the manual, there is a flex hose somewhere in-line so that can help in isolating your problem. In fact, it's possible it is your problem, if it's a rubber flex line it could have deteriorated inside and plugged itself, just a thought though.

well theirs 2 hoses i front i know which one is the return its smaller than the return, i took those off and i dont remember any presure being in their.its going to be hard to trace it from the rail because i would have to take the base and tubes holding the regulator in out im not gona get into tha to much for me.can i check it from the front flex lines? i think the blockadge is in the rail somewhare? this is a nightmare you guys know anyone living in new york that can come here i will py them i have to get this thing runnong right and the mechanics up here are the worst one even told me he doesnt want to get involved with it thats how unsure they re of their ability lol its sad but true.
