You probably messed somthing up by removing something you should have I.E. the upper smog pump bolt which goes directly into the crankcase.

Yes, that hole must be plugged, or oil will spew out of that.

Without explaining it, just put a short bolt in that hole.

still nedd help

i haven't taken off the smog pump yet, my friends were posting for me while i worked on the car, all i removed was the ac, except condensorand pump , and the smog tubing and electronics, and replaced manifolds with headers, i'm thinking maybe it could be from the dipstick, because while removing the manifolds one bolt holding the dipstick onto the manifold twisted the dipstick and now it's broken, only other thing i can think of is the sensor, which i believe is by the DS header, which i took the electrical connection off of and started the car a couple times without hooked up, but even after stayed at 27psi, and will climb to 28-29 when slightly revved, but i am getting oil up into the valve covers

Did ya disturb the eng-to-chassis ground wires or the oil press sending unit wiring? The sending unit is abt 6" towards the drivers side of the distributor.
