Re: heads and cam

trickflow makes some nice heads and matching cams. That is what i run on my stock bore 350(195cc intake runner TFS heads, 494 lift TFS cam). I bought my heads & cam together in a kit from summit racing-TFS-K314-420-395. They work. Kit is supposed to make about 420 hp.

About 3000. 3500 wouldn't be excessive if you race it regularly.

No. Higher stall takes a little getting used to. About 5 minutes of driving, typically.

I really like my Canfield heads... They only cost like $1050 with good springs and perform quite well right out of the box.

Re: heads and cam

I run a TCI streetfighter 3000 stall. It is a good converter, but a little too much stall for a daily driver,I.M.O. If I did it over again I would go w/ like a 2600. It all depends on what you plan on doing w/ it.
