please help, my car is starting to miss pretty bad

for some reason lately my car is starting too act up and spudder and pop out the exhaust and lose power at normal driving speeds and sometimes under full throttle, people keep telling me that it might be the icm or something in my ignition.ive checked for burnt plug wires and bad plugs even though im running the E3 platinums, is there anyway too check this out and is there any other things that can cause this that i can check?any ideas would be very helpfull because i am stumped, thanks

just because a plug wire "looks OK" does not mean it is OK

8 new plugs, $20 ( you don't need expensive ones)

set of new wires $30

new rotor and cap- $10

new fuel filter- $9

timing- free because you already own the timing light don't you?

new O2 sensor- $25

at the risk of offending you

how do you know for sure that all the things I listed have been replaced?

Or, were they simply "checked"?

you must rule out the basics before going after things which are enabled in closed loop. Yes, I know the O2 works in closed loop

Check the Inj ohms an make sure they are all the same ish.
also pop the hood with the engine running at night in a very dark place. Use a squirt bottle and mist/spray the plug wires. if they are bad you will see them arc..
Also check 4 vac leaks with carb an choke cleaner around your intake gaskets.

Re: please help, my car is starting to miss pretty bad

should i check the injectors while the engine is hot or cold? also it seems too run fine until it hits close too opperating temp and then has the miss/poping noise and loses power, can ijectors work fine and then quit workin when the motor warms up?

Both. Yes, that's why you check resistance cold & hot. Then do an injector balance test.
