Dyno Day Pics

It was nice to meet all of you (most for the first time). Attached are the pictures I took - along with the rather large puddle of coolant under someone's car....

Let me know if any of the links are wrong.

Stupid lack of HTML skills.

I'll also say it was nice to meet some of you guys for the first time today. Looks like i left just before things got fun. I hope it was something minor, like a hose let go, and nothing major on Kev's car.

Nope.. that was exactly what happened to Kev's car... a guy that was just there to watch dyno day took the full brunt of the coolant spray.. I was running the dyno with the tester (switch broke) and had just stopped the run when it gave up and sprayed... needless to say it was unexpected since it was done at that moment and have to say hot coolant spraying on you is like a swift kick to the side...

Good pics, Mark.I was planning on flushing my rad this week. Guess I don't need one now. Hey Rovic, thanks for all your help to make the day a success. Although I would have to say, as they say when doing any work on the computer..."SAVE,SAVE, SAVE!!!"

Yeah...I know I had a bit of an advantage in terms of where I started from...

But think of it this way - at least changing spark plugs isn't a weekend's worth of work for you

I was extremely happy with my results - I was expecting around 300 horse at the flywheel. It looks like I'm around 325 - nice suprise

Well thankfully, no one was seriously hurt. Those that did get hurt, well I wish you a speedy recovery.
