Thirdgen Indoor Go Karting Gathering Vote

Ok here's the deal.. since the white = doom and gloom for most of us how about a nice fun kart race to keep us off edge these cold days...

So here's my proposal, a kart race get together at Formula Kartways for these possible dates:
Nov 10
Nov 17
Nov 24

Times are flexible, they are open from 10 AM to 11 PM and its a Sunday where odds are most of us have a day off/free day.

Prices are simple

10 Laps $15
15 Laps $20
20 Laps $25

$5 Membership required by formula kartways

These are 4 stroke motors, good for 40 kph, they have 2 tracks an oval and a 1/4 mile road course, the road course is more fun though. 10 people can go at a time and there are no passing restrictions.

So what do you think guys and gals?

Where is this exactly? Are there two-seater cars? Is this limited to members?

I have never seen a 2-seater cart at that place- mind you I haven't been there for about 3 years either. Maybe a phonecall to them would clear this up completely.

I sent them an e-mail... Dammit, no two seaters. I guess my brother's out, which means I'm out.

Hmmm, according to Mapquest, it's a little more than an hour away from me.
Anybody want to car-pool from my neck of the woods?
Send me a PM, or email me.

Let us know soon what date has been picked. Hopefully, the 24th...

The 24th is looking like the day for the gathering. Come on people come along! Ignore the weather you're at if you are suffering from the white stuff! We're all clear here in the GTA! (Don't know on the 24th though)

So when/who has to confirm their attendence? When will this be finalized?

Also- just a note: these 'reserved sessions' are usually held for Sunday Mornings- unless of course the idea is to just go in a use the regular track at the regular prices with potentially other customers on at the same time?

I'll finalize the details as of Thursday night, maybe Friday night. Then put up a confirmation page and general time.

I'm aiming for maybe a 1:00 PM that day and we hang around for a couple of hours then get something to eat nearby.
