Someone tell me what this plug is!?!?!?

I was changing my thermostat yesterday when i noticed this plug. I must have asked before but I dont like having a random plug , someone please tell me.

Wires are tan and purple it is not an injector plug or a cold start plug as this is right infront on the intake

I don't think 1990 uses cold start injector, but that looks like the cold start delay switch connector. It's in the right location at the front of the intake and the wire colors are correct. Could somebody possibly have swapped in an older harness?

I should have mentioned it is an 88 Harness I converted to TPI , I run a 89 PROM so I dont have to use the cold start, that solves it then ill just tape it up and leave it be

The picture is a really bad picture of them just hanging around in the background they look great and are pretty uniform been running like that for over a year now.
