Maybe just put the AIR pump back on so it actually looks original?

There is a time and place for AIR to be removed. That time has come as my CAT has failed, and there is no longer a NY need for emissions. So the CAT & AIR will be removed.

A lot of the pickup trucks from back then didn't have a.i.r. but the stickers looked very similar, maybe could use one of those or meld them together with photoshop

Or run an AIR delete pulley and keep the same routing.

Re: Belt Routing Sticker -- no AIR.

Why not throw on a new CAT? I got the Magna flow high flow unit. Its a bit pricey but worth it...

I had a gutted CAT due to the internals falling apart.. it was noticeably louder and smellier "wihout" the CAT.........I dont; care what people say, the smell was terrible. I always smelled like fumes after just running it for a few minutes.

Re: Belt Routing Sticker -- no AIR.

Someone on this board said a 6PK2450 belt. But it's very very tight. Just barely made it on there. Next time I will get a tad longer.

I use Dayco 5060968 = 96.8"
6PK2450 = 96.5"

Re: Belt Routing Sticker -- no AIR.

He's looking for a custom routing decal,
not actual belt size, part number or how to route it.
