No 4.11s (9 and 37), but they do have 4.10s (10 and 41).

Same deal... no 4.11s, but some came with 4.10s

 

to the best of my knowledge, the 4.11s that i just swapped in may car came from an 80s S-10. the gearset is a GM factory set...it was stamped right on it. also stamped right on ithe set was 9 and 37, so i know for a fact it was a 4.11 set. what else could they have came from...an astro/safari van? some g-bodies or a-bodies? (i was under the impression that these cars, like f-bodies never came with anything higher than a 3.73 in them from the factory).

 

Wow, I've never seen 4.11s for a 7½. Lots of 4.10s, no 4.11s. My apologies.

yep, thats where I got my 4:11 gears (80's-up s-10) you can get just about any ratio from them and pick the sets up for 30 bux, of course I use the 9bolt now though.

 

well thats what the guy that i got them from said they came from, but i trust your opinion and knowledge alot more than this guy since i only talked to him for about 3 minutes when i gave him my 25 bucks canadian for the ring and pinion set.

either way, i do know that blazers/jimmies, and s-trucks had factory 4.11 or 4.10 gears, especially some of the 2.8 equiped blazers/jimmies.
