9-bolt Borg Warner

Hi,

Please tell me where can I get parts for my 9-bolt rear axle?
Now I need the wheel seal and front seal. I will need posi rebuild kit soon. I'm from Poland so local parts store doesn't have it
Maybe somebody know what are the symbols for these seals?

Hm, I've tried already. One answer was "you can get it in your local store".
I'm from Poland, so there are no such parts in local stores
And there was no answer for my other e-mails, yet
Maybe he will answer later ...

ok, not sure if this will help or not, but check out some of the links that Dwain (drain89) provides in this thread. one of those distributors may be able to get the parts you need. Good Luck!!

I didn't realize you were overseas, sorry for telling you to go to autozone in my email. However.....you may be able to order them from autozone on their website and they mail them to you.
Timken is a worldwide company and even though you're in eastern europe, you should be able to find a place that can order timken parts.
The timken part numbers are 710179 for the passenger side, and 224255 for the driver's side.
If possible, I'd change the axle bearings also when doing the seals They're part number is SET-9
Anybody you find who sells timken should have a contact number with their timken catalog that they can call and get any info you need regarding this. They may have different part numbers in europe, so they may have to call and get the english/US interchange numbers.
There are a couple other companies that make the seals/bearings also and you should be able to at least use those numbers to interchange the numbers for another brand if possible. I'd go with Timken if possible, they're the most reputable. You may try going to their website and emailing them for a store closest to you that sells their parts.

If all the above fails: I can buy a set for you and and ship them over to you. You will need to pay for them first. I am reputable, and many people here can vouch for that if necessary.
I hope I could be of help this time.
Good Luck!

Thx for your help. First, I'll try to get it here, in Poland.
Do you know, how the seals are marked?
I've just got one seal from my friend. It is marked with green stripe. I've read somewhere, the seals are marked with coloured stripes. But I can not find the place and can't remember which color was which side

Neither of mine had a stripe on them, or any color markings.
There are obvious differences when looking at them though.
The 710179 (pass side) has a thinner metal base with a larger protruding inner seal lip on it. It has a black seal like material around the outer bottom rim of it as well.
The drivers side has a taller metal base with no outer seal. And the inner seal is a smaller flatter seal.
That's really the best way I can describe them.
Run the numbers somewhere locally, or email Timken and they should be able to get you what you need.
