Safety switch for clutch.

Can anyone tell me where the clutch safety switch is? Its the one you have to press the clutch in to start the car. I need to re-route it to my auto shifter.

Here is a pic of a set of 4th gen pedals. Look on the left you can see two wires coming from a black switch. That is the safety switch. Same thing on 3rd gen pedals.

Hello chas0218!!

If you look at the clutch pedal, there should be a black switch that contacts the pedal up near the pivot point!! It's about two inches long by about 1/2 inch thick!!

Can anyone give me a diagram or a close up picture of where it goes on a 3rd gen. I have the switch and need to install under the dash, but cant seem to see where or how it mounts.. any help is appreciated.
